Getting error "The name 'ViewModelLocator" does not exist in the namespace 'using:Microsoft.Practices.Prism.StoreApps'"

I have been using the namespace Microsoft.Practices.Prism.StoreApps througout my application with success. Now I'm trying to use SettingsFlyout like in the referenceapplication.

In the XAML I have this:
<SettingsFlyout
    x:Class="Dossier365.Store.Flyouts.StandaardSettingsFlyout"
    xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml/presentation"
    xmlns:x="http://schemas.microsoft.com/winfx/2006/xaml"
    xmlns:d="http://schemas.microsoft.com/expression/blend/2008"
    xmlns:mc="http://schemas.openxmlformats.org/markup-compatibility/2006"
    xmlns:prism="using:Microsoft.Practices.Prism.StoreApps"
    mc:Ignorable="d"
    IconSource="ms-appx:///Assets/SmallLogo.png"
    HeaderForeground="White"
    HeaderBackground="#00b2f0"
    Background="White"
    Title="Instellingen"
    prism:ViewModelLocator.AutoWireViewModel="True"
    d:DesignWidth="500"
    MinWidth="500" >
The code-behind just contains this:
Namespace Flyouts

    Public NotInheritable Class StandaardSettingsFlyout
        Inherits SettingsFlyout

        Public Sub New()
            InitializeComponent()
        End Sub

    End Class

End Namespace
The default namespace for the project is Dossier365.Store.

When I run this, I get the error message "The name 'ViewModelLocator" does not exist in the namespace 'using:Microsoft.Practices.Prism.StoreApps'"

Can anyone tell me what the likely cause of this errormessage is?
